  • We hold all retail, tax, and compliance permits required.

    • No. Vape/Nicotine and tobacco sales are separate from alcohol sales and do not touch the venue’s TABC license.

    • THC/hemp products absolutely can — which is why we don’t sell them.

  • Government ID scan + age verification on the market before any purchase is allowed.

  • Minimal. We assume responsibility for age verification, sales, taxes, and inventory.

  • Depends on foot traffic, hours, and location—most venues see consistent monthly passive income.

  • No. Installation, nightlife market, inventory, service, and support are covered by us—we’re local!

  • Once your location is approved, we begin the onboarding process. Depending on permits and shipping, we like to allot approximately 6-8 weeks from approval to going live.

  • All you need to provide us is a power outlet, WiFi & around 3 sqft. of floor or wall space. 

  • We do! We handle all restocking, maintenance, and compliance checks.

  • We repair or replace it—no involvement or expense for the venue.

  • Typically yes, within compliance limits—we tailor the mix to the venue’s crowd.

    • Name brand vapes and nicotine pouches like Zyn, Geek, Lost Mary, Raz, ALP.

    • Also included are incidental items—phone chargers, OTC meds/eye drops, earplugs, makeup wipes, and condoms to name a few.

    Products and brands will be updated based on venue sales, trends, and changing city/state regulations. 

  • No. We do have a tower option available.
